I have been babysitting (&raising my own) children for over 20 years! Then the unimaginable happened to me and i was brought into a families case because i was their babysitter and they were wanting to charge all caregivers because they couldnt pinpoint any 1 person.. i freaked out! I cried! I lost sleep! Etc. I didn't want this case to flow into my family and effect my children in any way and I obviously did not want to have those charge!! Very heart breaking and scary situation! So I began my search! I researched sooo many attorneys! I had to be sure I had someone who would protect my children most of all and secondly defend my innocence and keep me from being charged! I spent 2 days researching, calling and speaking with attorneys.. most sounded the same, pretty routine, very brief explanation etc. Some seemed to not even know of the type of case it was, or anything about it, even being in family law? And none of them gave me the feelings of confidence, safety and protection that i was hoping for.. this was scaring me more.. Then I spoke with Joeseph Ireland and WOW! Thats where my search ended! He was extremely knowledgeable! He was explaining exactly where things were on the paper in front of me, over the phone! Then as i was reading him the sections he had asked for, anytime I would slightly pause because there was a word that I couldn't pronounce. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) He also calmed all my anxiety and fears! After our consultation I was left speechless! (In a good way!) He also kept me reassured that I didn't have anything to fear!
