Highly recommend Darpel Law. They created irrevocable trusts and helped with some elder care planning for my parents. Chad Seiter and his very accessible and friendly staff (e.g., Leah you are amazing!) have made this very complicated process very streamlined and highly informative from the client’s perspective.

We hired Darpel Elder Law to help with my aunt's Medicaid as she had to move into a nursing home. Leah is a God's send and walked me through the process, which is very daunting. I absolutely recommend Darpel Elder Law for any of your needs regarding your elderly family member.
