I wish I could do NO STARS. This man has been unworthy of his fee he has charged. My daughter had an easy peasy divorce, no assets and it’s taken over a year. She hasn’t received but one child support payment in 8 months. Now he won’t call us back to help us with issues with custody. Call back later, he’s in court and every excuse in the book. Don’t book with him he just wants your money. I will definitely make sure Facebook and everywhere else knows. Very disgruntled client. Worst mistake hiring him. Save your money and hire a better lawyer.

Helton works extremely hard to help you succeed. He will be with you. The hard work he puts into your needs is had to explain. Helton cares for you and your needs.Don’t let anyone say bad things about him. I would vote for him if runs for anything.

It is clear Helton understands law….Trust his online explanations - he chooses to really shine as a criminal defense attorney. As a law abiding victim, I found him to only be helpful in draining hundreds from my wallet while thoroughly informing of a predator’s protections.

I have no doubt that these folks know what they're doing. I was a client of one of their attorneys who is now deceased. I still had some loose ends to tie up on an issue that was still open at the time of his death but despite repeated phone calls, nobody ever called me back. The entire situation with him is just awful and I hope with all of my heart that the family is okay. From a business standpoint though, they should have taken care of the last few hours worth of work that would have been required. It's awful that my money was likely vaporized by an unscrupulous individual, but he was a partner of the firm and the firm should have stood up for the clients who got the short end of the stick. These folks are good, but they didn't do right by me.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional, an overall bad lawyer if you need someone who actually cares about you.

Evan took the time to get to know us, as a family. He checks in regularly. He makes us feel comfortable and confident in choosing him to represent us. You do not feel like just another client, or dollar signs. He is a genuine guy. I am grateful we found him.
