I talked with Daniel and Rebecca after an incident that I feared would lead to litigation. I found it most helpful that they discussed many possible outcomes, to avoid the element of surprise. I was very emotional after the incident and I appreciated Rebecca's background in psychology. She helped me understand that a court of law is based on logic and what is reasonable. I had an issue with a Mortgage company who had just bought my Mortgage, they had raised my payment without my knowledge and caused a late fee which was put on my credit report. I had been trying to dispute the late fee and wasn't getting any satisfaction. I was referred by a friend to Hurst & Hurst. I met with Rebecca and she took all my info and promptly contacted the Mortgage company. She was calm and persistent and very much more effective than I ever could with this company. Two hours later they agreed to send letters to the 3 credit bureaus and confirmed the action with an event number. Rebecca and Daniel Hurst are very professional and I will use them again!
