I first meet Ben and his team at a free Estate Planning Workshop held at their office. This workshop was very informative, and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I had several which Ben did not hesitate to answer. During the workshop, I quickly realized the importance of having your affairs in order and set up an appointment with Sherry. Ben was very professional and thorough in explaining legal documents that you should have in place should you become ill or pass on. Yes, you need more that just a simple will. If you believe setting up a will and estate plan is not important then recommend that you attend a Kentucky Estate Planning Law Center's estate planning workshop. Better yet, just schedule an appointment. I highly recommend their services! You will not be disappointed, and your loved ones will thank you!

In our opinion, planning your estate, no matter how large or small, is way too important than too write a handwritten will, purchae a will templates online or choose to do nothing. In an attempt to save money, we looked at those options, but none felt right for us. After attending a seminar sponsored by Ky Estate Planning, they felt right, and we weren't disappointed. Mr Humphries and his team analyzed our needs and desires then created the necessary legal documents that now express our wishes and secures our estate for our loved ones upon our death.
