Found the estate planning workshop very informative.

We contacted KEPLC to set up a Trust and also update our Wills and Powers of Attorney. Our first step was to attend one of their FREE workshops on Estate Planning which was very informative. They keep the number of attendees low so everyone has time to ask questions, etc. We learned a lot by attending the workshop. Following the workshop, we set up an appointment to go over what we hoped to accomplish with our Plan. Ben, L.H. and Sarah were all very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and I might add, patient! Shortly after we started our process the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. They handled the crisis very well and were able to get our plan and documents completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Kentucky Estate Planning Law Center!

My husband and I want to make everything as easy as possible for our children when the time comes that we need assistance. We participated in the free workshop to get an idea of what services we would benefit from in estate planning. It is recommended to also have Living Wills, Medical Power of Attorney and Business Power of Attorney for each person. Ben Humphries helped us think through a variety of scenarios in helping us plan. We've received a professional binder with all of our documents as well as a thumb drive to download and share with our children. We feel prepared and at peace having our legal documents in order.
