When I started talking to this man and explained my situation, I tried to speak as professionally as possible but I was hysterical. I was completely overwhelmed and wasn't sure what to do next, and he just listened. He never interrupted me at any point. After explaining everything, he immediately asked less than a handful of questions that he could not have known to ask unless he had actively listened with a sharp mind. He helped me up off the ground when I was struggling to stand up and gave me exactly what I needed to take my life back.

I came across Mr.Bates while trying to help a friend out in Monticello,KY..I had legal questions in reguards to family law in KY. Within 30 minutes of me reaching out to his firm, I recieved a call from him even though my phone appointment was not until the following day. After Mr. Bates listened to my problem, which included not not Kentucky but New Jersey Family Law specifically ...divorce..Mr. Bates was able to give me a specific direction on how he would go about handling this if he was to take on the case. If anyone needs an attorney I would definately retain him. I live in Northern New Jersey and was very impressed with how well spoken Mr.Bates is and how professional he was as well.
