I would recommend Steve without hesitation! Like a lot of people I lost my job last year and 10 days later tested positive for Covid. So of course I got behind on my rent. The owners of course sued me using a loophole in the CDC moratorium. I called Steve really just wanting help writing a statement of appeal and he went above and beyond that. He was very understanding about my situation and very responsive! Whether an email, phone call or text, he always kept me informed. If I ever need legal help again, he will be my attorney of choice.
