My family & I have used Ron Adams for years. He as well as his staff have always been kind helpful and very well informed and give you the best possible service and advice . They are always fairly priced and willing to work with you . Not to mention Ron is an incredible guy with an incredible story . I strongly recommend this law office in the heart of Erlanger.

W. Ron Adams and his team came highly recommended from a friend that had gone through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Because I am simply too prideful, I kept putting it off. I knew that filing bankruptcy was inevitable, but felt a sense of commitment to pay back my creditors. Waiting only made things worse. As Mr. Adams put it, bankruptcy is written into the law to help the folks that need it the most. Initially, I did a phone consultation at the height of the 2020 pandemic with Mr. Adams and he plainly laid things out in a way that I could understand. Because I was still too proud, I dropped the subject and didn't call back. In September 2021, I was ready. I called Mr. Adams' office and explained that it was time for us to file. Mr. Adams picked right up where we had left off over a year prior. The process was explained clearly. His very reasonable fees were broken down so that I understood where every penny was going. I knew I was getting a fair deal because I had shopped around for other attorneys and Mr. Adams had the best, most transparent prices available. My wife and I went into the office to sign the paperwork. Mr. Adams gave me cash out of his own pocket so that we could take my kids around the corner to Ameristop and get them an ice cream cone. This is absolutely something that could have never happened and it would not have detracted from my impression of Mr. Adams and his team. I feel it's important to share this, though, because it truly speaks to the heart this man has in his chest and the fact that he really, really cares about his clients. Our Chapter 7 petition was filed with the courts in October 2021. It was finally done, and I breathed an incredible breath of relief. By January 2022, the Chapter 7 case was discharged and I was absolved of all prior obligations, including a home I had a mortgage on. What makes my case different is that, in the sale of my home through the trustee auction, we ended up coming out of the bankruptcy with a profit on the home I owned. A sizeable profit. In fact, Mr. Adams and his team had never dealt with anything like this. This is where Mr. Adams' lovely associate, Bernice Zeller, really stepped up and went above and beyond. Mrs. Zeller leveraged her network of professional relationships to ensure that the necessary motions were filed and everything was lined up and taken care of. This afforded me the opportunity to receive a distribution for the excess proceeds from the sale of the home I had owned after the remaining mortgage was satisfied. In Mrs. Zeller's words, this was their first time seeing this. She did not let that stop herself or Mr. Adams from representing me through this additional step that most others don't face. Their fee for this representation was reasonable and comparable to what is typical. From the bottom of my heart, and with an extreme amount of gratitude, I thank each and every person I ever worked with at the office of W. Ron Adams Law. Mr. Adams and Mrs. Zeller, of course, but also the rest of the team. Melanie, Christine, and others I cannot recall the names of now. They're all so incredibly patient and thorough. I will only ever recommend Mr. Adams and his incredible staff for anyone that finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing to file bankruptcy. My needs were completely met and I truly felt that my best interest was at the forefront of their actions.

Ron Adams and his staff especially Bernie are AWESOME! They have been there for me every step of the way. I have had some hiccups in my bankruptcy, but they have been there 100% of the way! Always available when I have a question or issue. They treat you like family. Nobody ever wants to file bankruptcy, but you may be faced with filing depending on your situation.
