Went here in 2018, payed 200 dollars to get things started. A few months later after they told us we could make payments every month till bk is played off, they told we could no longer make payments. So its extremely hard to come up with 1200 more dollars, when your the only one working. So I called today and asked for a refund of my 200 dollars. They told me that if I would have asked for it within the year I could have it back. I was gonna continue to do my bk with them this tax season, but they refuse to refund my money. They basically told me I'd have to pay another 200 dollars and start over, ai dont recommend any one to do business with this place they will rob you and expect you to pay again. Plus I never took the classes. Worst place ever I'd rather do business with no Christian people then these guys.

Bernie is one of the worst bankruptcy "lawyers" there. I don't recommend anyone going through with them! Never returns calls always losing paperwork

They were amazing and were able to get my finances in order. I dropped from a 720 to a 56? And in five years following what they put in place I'm back up to 730 credit score and doing better than ever.

Would not recommend this law office based on the staff. The lawyer we had was nice, but the rest of the staff were so unorganized with our paperwork. If I ever need an attorney for anything in the future, I will seek another attorney's office. The secretary spent more time on personal calls, her cell phone was constantly ringing. Paperwork that was supposed to be signed by us, sat in the office of someone who was out on medical leave for over two weeks. That to me is unprofessional and unacceptable. We were told to provide paperwork to them without proper clarification. When we brought paperwork in, we were told it's not what they needed. If you know what you need, then say it instead of sending someone on a wild goose chase. We had an appointment and no one wanted to be bothered with taking care of us. They bounced us back and forth. And no care in how our paperwork was given back to us, no respect at all!!!
