My entire experience from start to finish was handled flawlessly. I worked with Kyle Wiete directly for Estate Planning and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly so that both my wife and I understood completely. I would highly recommend them and their team to any of my friends and family.

I've just seen an affadavit drawn by this office. Please keep in mind it's not for myself. The respondent's name was not spelled correctly in half the document. Other times Ms. Walker's office referred to this person's last name only. Given that the petitioner also has the same last name, not specifying which one is just lazy. Numerous grammar mistakes such as Ms. instead of Mrs.; actual phrases like "no cooperate with." Dear Greta, it's called spell check and proof reading. Either your law clerk or secretary is doing a terrible job, or you are. It"s embarrassing to think a high schooler could have written a more accurate legal document. I mean if the document itself is this poorly written, I shudder to think what your arguments would be in court, or to put in words your office would understand...woulyds be curt. Amateur hour for sure.

Greta Hoffman and everyone at her firm were absolutely amazing to me. I had a complicated divorce I was trying to battle alone. I continued to run into obstacle after obstacle for 6 months until I found my way to her office. I am beyond thankful I did. Once there, she along with her entire staff went above and beyond what I ever expected to help me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is friendly, professional and amazing at what she does. I cannot thank her enough.

Professionalism, compassion, kindness, this is what Greta has to offer. I recently faced a very difficult situation with a very well-known jewelry company. Greta knew exactly what to do and how to proceed in order to deliver results, quickly and effectively. Amazing! Very professional does a great job working with her clients to help make a painful process bearable. Greta took the time to work with to help me lower my legal fees where most other attorneys would look to maximize their opportunities to cash. She is a rude and has very little personality with the client. She Will over charge you and the results won't be what she assures you they will be. If she is your attorney find a new one ASAP

Amazing attorney and very empathetic

I hired Gretta Hoffman to handle my custody case based on the reviews I read. But What Grata gave me was Kyle Wiete. She assured me and reassured me he was more then capable to handle things and he had her full trust. 10 months and Thousands of my Dollars later. On Trial date this is the best firm you can hire for the other side. You might as well save your money and go to court alone. In hiring this firm I unknowingly gave up my right to any kind of defense. In court my lawyer kept repeating to me "non of this matters non of this matters". Hiring them is like hog tying your hands and legs and jumping in the ocean. You will drown and they will be absolutely no help in defending you. With this firm expect to be ripped to shreds in court by the other lawyer and expect the other side to have a full smooth sailing unopposed. My attorney's plan for final trial was to keep thing all positive on our side and let the other party get negative. He asked me a few basic generic positive parenting questions.. The opposing lawyer was a quick hire. He did not prepare, had no witnesses or evidence to present, but did his job to the fullest. He attacked me on anything and everything. Which is fine it's the other lawyer job to attack you. My lawyer just sat there LIMP. I had to throw my hands up in the air and look at him and ask him to say objection before he would say "Objection". Then I am waiting for my lawyer to go on offense with the other party, but he just asked the other side basically the same generic parenting happy go lucky questions he asked me and that was it. I asked him to bring up work, medical history...etc up but he just kept telling me "non of this matters non of this matters" Keep in mind my case is stacked with proof against the other side. I have a restraining order. I have threatening emails, Notarized Perjury of state forms, the other party perjured them selves in the prior hearing which the judge caught. My lawyer would not make even the slightest attempt at any kind of defense or rebuttal to the false accusations being made against me. Even though I had proof in my hand. He refused to enter it or to even attempt to counter in any way shape or form. In the end things did matter to the judge. So the order was pretty much one sided against me. After paying this firm THOUSANDS of dollars I received not even the slightest attempt to put on any kind of defense for me. Instead my lawyer just kept telling me "NON OF THIS MATTERS" . Either nothing matters in Family court in which case you might as well go alone or nothing matters to this law firm in which case hiring another firm or go alone at least you can try to defend yourself.

I am very please with the way Greta handled my divorce case. She is very thorough and responded to my emails and text throughout the day and into the evenings. She got me full custody of my son and I am the father. Excellent experience.
