I was referred to Jonathan Hart through a friend and could not have been partnered with a better person. He is experienced, professional, and transparent. Jonathan took the time to meet and discuss each step in detail so that I was prepared and had all the necessary information. He set a goal during our first conversation and definitely achieved it! I’m so grateful to him and his team for helping me through the last (stressful) couple of months. I would absolutely recommend working with Jonathan and this team.

Worst. Experience. With. An. Attorney. If you want to be yelled at and screamed at this is your Law Firm. If you want to be treated like a human being, this is not your Law Firm. Our lawyer demanded 3,000$ retainer and told us anything he didn't use we would get back. That was NOT the case. We paid 1,000$ of the retainer up front, and our lawyer came to court, filed zero motions on our behalf, had a 15 minute appointment with us and dropped us the next day. We recouped zero funds. If you value your money, and the hardwork that it took to earn it, this is NOT the Firm for you. Filling a complaint with the KY BAR ASSOCIATION.

Greg Erpenbeck helped me so much, when I was in a pretty bad car accident, caused by someone else. He got into action as soon as I called him. He got me a very nice settlement and reimbursement for the car that was completely totaled, which I had only owned for 8 months. Greg also helped me with legal advice, concerning other matters that I had questions about. I would recommend Greg Erpenbeck and his firm to anyone who may need an attorney! They really do care. He was awesome and I do not regret a thing!

Please read the person that rated one of their Attorneys as a number 1 out of a 5 start rating. I couldn’t stop from laughing. I got done not only the same way but way worse by Mike Mc Main. He literally had me sell everything that I own which included my own Company worth $100,000 all for $5000 (he said I had to have in 3 days or I was going to lose my kids. I Then give him the $5000 in cash. We go to court, he tells me he spent my entire $5000 on making copies and that I owe him for a new printer. He then told me at court that if I didn’t give him another $10,000 in cash within 24 hours that I should accept my fate and move to Tennessee (where my ex boyfriend lived) and live with my, ex my kids and her boyfriend she was cheating on me with at that time. This guy WOW! I’ve been dying to tell someone this. It would explain his $30,000 Rolex

I have Ryan for the second time and am confident that things will work out for the best and how they are meant to.
