I hired this lawyer because of the reviews and because of his office reputation for a divorce case. I am a veteran and my ex filed for a divorce on me after being married for only 6 months. I used va loan to buy a house and I use my saving to put int the house I had bought for us and then after I had bought furniture and used my veteran benefits to her advantage she file for a divorce and wanted everything. I hired Jonathan and at the time I had only 2500. Dollar and he verbally agreed to do the whole case for that amount. He told me what I want to hear( your ex wife is not going to win. ) this man ended up use any lame excuse to absorb the money that I paid him by sending email after email and billing 15mins of his time per email and in 2 weeks he manage to absorb the 2500 dollars that I had paid him. I ended up going into his office and we discussed this and he did not hold up his end of the agreement. I ended up paying him 400.00 more dollars. That he said I owed him. Because he over billed me. When I had the meeting with him he told me that he attended a party with my ex wife's lawyer and that he thinks that I should give my ex wife everything and I knew then he was friends with her lawyer and he thought he had gotten whatever money he could out of me so he was throwing a favor his lawyer buddies way at my expense. I was shocked by his actions and unprofessionalism. I fired him right then and there and I went and hired another attorney that was a veteran veteran and he represented me to the fullest and I ended up paying him about 6 thousand dollar which I had put back but I won the case without Johnathon Hart. I honestly do not think much of his abilities. He settle when he thinks the well runs dry and I try to absorb as much money as he can. He is a greedy person

I cannot say enough great things about Jonathan. I reached out to Jonathan about a DUI case and he was so helpful and explained everything. This was my first time ever dealing with court/lawyers/arraignment/etc. so he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and put me at ease. Jonathan was an excellent person to talk to and really helped me with my situation. I was caught speeding 18 mph over the speed limit in a school zone. He was able to get me into a CATS program for traffic laws, instead of going to court, paying court fees and other such costs, avoiding heavy fines or having points on my license. I contacted mr Hart for a criminal felony case and was able to get in quickly for a consultation. He works at the best law firm in the county, and it always shows when u hire them. For the trouble I was in, it was priced fairly considering the reputation of his firm. He spoke clearly about his plan and what he thought he could do for me, and I left the office feeling confident. I was in a very bad spot and he was able to keep me out of jail and on a very laid back house arrest plus probation. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. Would recommend any time.

I hired Jonathan Hart back in November to help me with a DUI case. In the beginning I had talked to a couple other lawyers, but when I called Jonathan he was extremely well spoken and knowledgeable which I liked! I told him I was being charged with fleeing the scene of an accident and an aggravated DUI. He immediately got the aggravating factor dropped and continued to work on the others. In the end I ended up being charged with ONLY fleeing the scene of an accident. He got my DUI dismissed which I could not be more happy with! Thank you to Jonathan and your entire team. Called initially to find out if the firm could help me with an injury case. Jonathan Hart was not willing to take that case but said he could help with my other case. I explained in detail I was injured and would not be able to work for some time. We came up with an agreement and Jonathan took $500 to start the case. We also went into detail prior to him taking payment that I would want a jury trial. We discussed $2000 for a jury trial which he later increased to $3000. Mr. Hart was fully aware of my financial situation when he took me on as a client. The case repeatedly got continued. I paid $300 in December again explaining to Mr. Hart I was a single mother of 5 children. I just recently was able to go back to work. In January Mr. Hart emailed me stating he was filing a motion for dismissal. He had not worked on my case. I fully intended to pay, but again I explained Mr. Hart my financial situation. He wanted me to plea out. I am innocent and wasn’t going to. Mr. Hart didn’t file but I didn’t know that. He wanted me to come in to his office, once on a day where it was extreme weather and I couldn’t make it. I asked for a phone conference. He never called. The second time I didn’t have a sitter. Again, I asked for a phone conference. Mr. Hart then emails me a week prior to trial stating he is motioning the court for dismissal. I had every intent to pay but I explained in detail my financial situation. He should have never took the case knowing it was going to be difficult to pay on time. Especially when I verbally told him multiple times. I did pay in December. Mr. Hart shouldn’t have took payment in December. Mr. Hart didn’t want to have a phone conference because he wanted to bully me in his office as he had previously. He Doesn’t care about your case, he wants to take your money and will tell you anything you want to hear, he will want you to plea out. Beware Dont Waste Your Money find another attorney who cares.
