Best lawyer around hands down!!! I had 2 lawyers prior that took 6 months a piece to tell me they didn't have time for my case. Scott Best had my case reviewed, and settled within a month or so with an outcome that was far greater than I expected and for that I am grateful. If you choose another lawyer other than Scott Best, you'd just be wasting your time.

Andrew Schierberg is an experienced Elder Law attorney. There are unique issues of elder care that need specialized knowledge. I found Andrew to be extremely helpful in navigating through the unknown (to me) and confusing legal processes associated with nursing home placement, Hospice Care, and the Medicaid application. He was always readily available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with any elder issues.
