Donald is extremely knowledgeable, and very analytical, but in a very practical, down to earth way that makes it easy for someone who does NOT know legalese to understand the situation. He is able to take into account not only the legal situation, but your personal situation, and factor this in accordingly. I highly recommend him. He helped me navigate the tax issues with the SBA relief programs.
