Sept. 19, 2023, I called to get an appointment for a consultation. Holly transferred me to Zack, neither of whom were friendly. He took my name, address, email, spouse's name and then when I started telling him that I had been denied SSD by a judge and was trying to appeal, he told me they couldn't help me and gave me the number to the bar association. I asked why they couldn't help me since their ad says they do Social Security claims and he said they just wouldn't be able to help. No explanation. Was Zack even a lawyer? What the heck?!
