I HIGHLY recommend Samantha Evans for any bankruptcy or Divorce! She has helped me thru both! The first being my bankruptcy a few years ago, I had a student loan garnishing over half of my checks and I was desperate for help as my family and I were getting into serious financial trouble. She moved quickly, filed my chapter 13 and within a few weeks my garnishment had stopped and my bankruptcy was in full swing! Fast forward to 2020 my life is falling part again as my NOW ex-husband and I separate ( I will spare you all the details but I will say it took me a year of begging this man to let me go and to meet to finalize, even though he was the one who cheated, moved on and knocked his new gf up but again I’ll spare you all the details! lol) When he FINALLY agreed to meet and finalize our divorce I called Samantha on a Friday, had an appointment the next Tuesday and was divorced on Wednesday (as in the next day Wednesday)! NO JOKE I WAS DIVORCED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Samantha is very prompt, professional and tells you how it is! Her follow up is amazing!
