I am very grateful for the services Mike provided for me while working on my divorce case. As an engineer I am use to being well-versed on a process before I begin it, but this was not the case with divorce, which can be very complicated and confusing. I was very intimidated. Fortunately, I had Mike as my lawyer, whose expertise, responsiveness, patience, transparency, and sense of humor served as a stabilizing force and a constant reminder that I am in good hands. He is a fantastic lawyer whom I highly recommend.

Mike was there when I needed a lawyer (haven't had another one since) 13 plus years ago when going through a divorce. As many of us know, that have been through this...its more emotional than anything. He was not only professional, but caring. (For all involved I must say). Best line I've heard was from my ex wife to her friend... "Call Mike McMain, he's really good" He was my LAWYER!

Hired Mike to represent me through my divorce. He was extremely helpful and paid attention to detail. Put full trust in him with a difficult case with an unreasonable husband, and he excelled with every issue. Mike was easy to converse with, great personality! Emails were answered quickly, and questions were explained thoroughly. mike provided truthful advice throughout the process, would definitely recommend!

I was referred to Michael McMain by several clients he had represented in criminal cases. I was charged with a felony and multiple misdemeanors charges. The facts of my case were not good. Michael McMain filed a motion to suppress some of the evidence in my case and was successful. Because of his hard work and his experience, he was able to convince the prosecutor to refer my case to a felony diversion program as opposed to serving time in jail which was the prosecutor's first offer to settle my case. If you are looking for an excellent criminal attorney, I would strongly suggest you call Michael McMain. I am thankful I did!!

He was great, he called around when I requested. He didn't seem to rush me and seemed genuine about trying to find a way to help. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me the information I needed and although he doesn't have time right now for my case, he is trying to find a partner that will.

I can't not say enough good things about Mike! At a time when I felt that there was no hope of continuing to keep custody of my children, he came through for me and continues to win battles for me.

Worth every penny I've spent. I'm a single mother who was up against a complete bully with plenty of money. He knows the law very well and shut down all of the drama and put out every fire almost instantly. I felt protected with him on my side and ultimately I was. He knew what was going to happen before it happened. He made precise recommendations, decisions and was always 5 steps ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend him, hands down a class act!!

I have had Mr. McMain represent myself multiple times for Child Custody case. Michael sets the bar for what an attorney is/should be. No matter what the matter at hand is, Michael is always right on target with expectations & realistic outcomes, I am never left wondering 'What if.'
