This was my first time ever dealing with court/lawyers/arraignment/etc. so he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and put me at ease. Ethan Busald is an amazing attorney. From the moment he took my case he has kept me informed every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. I think he works all the time as I have emailed him at 11pm and received an email back from him around 1130pm, not many attorneys I can think of that would take the time to email a client at 1130 at night. I had the best lawyer in the field, Mr. Greg Erpenbeck. I had a car accident where I was rear ended and had some lower back and left side injuries. Greg made sure I was well enough before we proceeded with the settlement . He advised me and counseled me and like I said he worked tirelessly for my benefit! In April of 2018 I was involved in an accident in Kentucky while being there for a friend's dad's funeral. I live in the metro Atlanta area, and another friend and I had driven up to attend the funeral for a shared friend's dad. As we were coming up to the exit we needed to use, the driver of the truck in front of me hit his brakes, and I swerved to the right and missed hitting him by moving to the shoulder. As soon as I stopped completely, the car behind me also came off the road and rear ended me. Because I live in Georgia, the attorney in Georgia suggested that he contact an attorney in Kentucky to handle the case. Greg Erpenbeck was the attorney I was fortunate to get. He is with Busald Funk Zevely PSC , a practice located in Florence, Kentucky. He was so helpful and handled everything with me over email and the phone. I was amazed that I never had to travel back to Kentucky because the case was settled out of court. Yesterday afternoon, I received my settlement check and am so thankful to Greg and his firm for the manner in which they supported me. I have been in physical therapy and had surgery on my hip and receive chiropractic care for my back and hip since the surgery. I am getting better, but it has definitely been hard.
