Terry Monnie Title was awesome! I Just purchased my first home, closing with them, and the staff is amazing. They were all so helpful and Nicole, walked me thru each and every document during the closing to make sure I had no questions. I would highly recommend using TMT the next time you have a closing. Their customer service is unmatched! Thank you all for making this process of owning a home so easy and stress-free!

My experience couldn’t have been better. Laura made closing a breeze. The entire staff is very helpful and professional. Having closed with other title companies, the service I received at Terry Monnie Title is in a league of its own. If you are buying a home in the greater Cincinnati area, use these guys, they make it easy.
