I’m so glad I contacted Mr. Jeff Shipp about my extremely complicated title/deed issue. There were so many errors that were tied to the issue and so many questions I needed answered, that my only regret is I did not contact him sooner. He was very understanding that I had a neurological disorder and therefore things were more difficult for me to understand at times. He was also very patient with me because I have a difficult time with getting my thoughts out and with word finding, especially when I am upset. Mr. Shipp spent a lot more time with me than I would have ever imagined for a consultation, but he was determined to give me good legal advice, with easy directions for me to follow and to make sure I left his office in a better place than when I arrived. If I ever need legal services in the future, I will definitely be contacting him. If you happen to be looking for an attorney in Kentucky or Ohio, I highly recommend Mr.Shipp! You won’t regret it!
