Mr. Fessler was recommended by a family friend when my brother unexpectedly passed away without a Will. He and his staff made an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time for me as easy as humanly possible. Every question & concern was promptly answered in easy to understand language with respect and kindness. I believe their fee was more than fair given the circumstances I faced. Moving forward, Mr. Fessler will be my "go to" attorney should the need arise.

Our family had to deal with a sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one, and were just as suddenly faced with dealing with managing her estate. Dave not only led us through every inch of the paperwork and planning required, he provided helpful advice in areas we knew little about, and did so in a very caring, respectful way to the entire family. At the outset, I was concerned, having never dealt with managing an estate, but the entire process couldn't have been easier thanks to Dave. Any questions (and there were plenty), and he was always available, responded quickly, and walked us through every step of the process. As Coffman’s Realty was representing an out of state owner on the sale of Real Estate, the title company brought to our attention the papers that were filed on behalf of the seller in their state were not valid in the state of Kentucky. They were unable to appear in court in Kentucky. I called the law firm of Fessler, Schneider & Grimme to ask what the options were. David Fessler returned the call the same day and suggested an ancillary administrator. He explained the process and quoted a price. I explained what need to be done and the seller appointed me the ancillary administrator. His explanation was exactly correct and his bill was as quoted, no surprises. He handled this with utmost professionalism and in a timely manner so we could transfer the property. The details after closing were handled in the same professional manner. Dave has really stepped up the case that I am involved in from an auto accident. He has been in contact with the other insurance agency as well as the Doctors that I have been to. He keeps me updated on the progress and the next steps needed. He has set my mind at ease and told me "Let me worry about the details, you just get better".
