Very helpful with attorney problemns ..

Staff was very helpful,but that was months ago.Trying to solve one small,but important problem.They refuse to do anything except read the script.Problem still exists

I already know the Kentucky state bar association is a joke and will not take my complaint seriously. The attorney I wanna make a complaint on is a board member and director and he is a complete fraud. He took advantage of me and my sister’s situation, took our money and didn’t do anything and now tears later trying to garnish my wages in which the corrupt courts will side with him. This isn’t no justice

Well I tried to call rings about four times and they hang up seems like a joke to me

This place is a joke, I filed a complaint against my lawyer and then got some pre-written response saying that they didn’t see any wrongdoing. So when I called today and spoke with a secretary asking for any information into whether or not they looked into my case, she said that’s not the way it works and there is nothing else they will do moving forward. So my criminal defense lawyer did zero investigation into my case, yet when I wrote a letter stating my concern (mind you this is 2020 and they don’t take complaints online) they respond to me with a pitiful pre-written letter saying we don’t see any wrongdoing have a nice day. And absolute joke, and I will be reaching out to the attorney general. Just another case of the bar association having the back of the crooked attorney who was unprofessional and did zero investigation into an assault case. Not one interview, not one body cam requested, not one phone call made. Just more flaws I see in this crooked court system, as I try to prove my innocence in a case that was not investigated by the police, and then was not investigated by my attorney. Awful customer service, and after all the trouble I went through to print off a form and mail them a letter (had to go To the library then to the gas station) I get a generic response that they send to probably 99.9% of their complaints. Then a lady tells me that they cannot provide any information on whether or not they even looked into the case or tell me why they came to that decision. What a joke.

Its not even 4:30 pm and its only 4 pm. They need to be percise when they open
