I was referred to Preston Cecil by a prominent and well respected local attorney that couldn't take my very unusual property case. This was no run of the mill property line dispute and I had been dropped in the middle of a Find-a-Grave nightmare. At times, I was truly in fear that the family that came out of the woodwork that never knew the land existed until after I bought it might try to harm me or my family. Mr. Cecil was always a text or phone call away with information or reassurance. He worked with the other party so she could visit a family cemetery with her attorney present and my family and I would not feel in danger. He even offered to be here with me while she was on my property. Things have since calmed down--for the time being. I am still expecting backlash from this distant relative. If and when it comes, I will call Bullock and Coffman first. I highly recommend Preston Cecil as an attorney. On top of being readily available, he provided me with cases and explained them to me to quell any fears I had about my rights as owner and access rights to a cemetery and land long forgotten.
