Jeff shipp handled my disability case. After fighting on my own for a year I knew I needed some help. when I walked in I first meet Lana she was very kind, warm, and inviting. As I waited to meet Jeff I was nervous I thought Id have to plead my case to him to get him to believe me, nope he made it very clear that he was there to fight for me. We talked for a while and he informed of the process. He definitely put my mind at ease it did take awhile but he always kept me updated him and Lana. Also during the time of that case I had a unfortunate car fire due to negligence of a oil change company and had the pleasure of meeting Emily Brown and she is amazing as well. I wanna say thank you to all of y'all working at JSB for being so kind to me over the years and this is why I will be a return customer and refer my friends and family.

Sean Pharr is by far the most friendliest and professional lawyer that I have ever came in contact with!!! His smile and personality alone will make you feel very comfortable! He does not judge you or the client that he is representing! I called Sean for a friend of mine that I might add still owed him money and Sean immediately starting helping me! My friend had about 6 warrants in 2 different counties and was on probation! Sean kept in contact with me the entire time, even after hours! He definitely went above and beyond for me and my friend, which Is out with his family and friends! If you need a good lawyer, Sean Pharr is definitely who you need to call!!!!!

Ms. Landry was recommended to me. She was present and there the first day of court and I thought we had someone fighting for us. After leaving court I send multiple emails trying to get in touch to talk about many things I had questions about. I had called left a message and no return email or call. We had court again Tuesday morning and I finally got an email same morning between 7-8am saying she was sending someone else in her place for our 9am court. She was in sick and not able to come. We waited for lawyers to come talk to us and I still to this day don't even know what the replacement lawyer looks like because she never left the court room or even spoke to me. I was the one that hired and made sure the bill was paid. I not once got to defend myseld against any accusations. This was a case that involved me and my sister. My sister didn't even get to speak to her either. Just thrown right in court room then told we lost. I wish we would of had a lawyer that really was there for us and instead we got someone who did absolutely nothing not even return a phone call after all this. If u have an important case I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who will return a phone call or email over a weeks time and will also be there to speak to u before court and will actually defend you and fight for what they are hired for....this is NOT at all the right place if u want help making sure you are heard or defended. Horrible experience Only gave 2 stars because I thought our first court date we had a good lawyer. Soon realized she couldn't even returned the phone call or even email. Do NOT recommend at all!

Jeff Shipp is the best attorney I know of and ever have worked with. He is so caring a kind and he is all for his clients. He will fight for until the end for you. He's awesome. His assistant Lana is also very helpful and always there for you!
