Matt had to deal with an unprofessional out of state lawyer to help get a Kentucky property transferred for us. This guy knows how to play the game well and is very knowledgeable. He even helped set up a lender that would work with us to make the transition possible without penalty. I highly recommend Mr Woods and I will be a repeat customer if needed in the future.
