Mr. Higdon was VERY professional and knowledgeable in my divorce/ child support case. I highly recommend him to represent anyone in their time of need. I can’t thank this man enough for the time and effort he put in my case. Life events can be very stressful and emotional on a person and when children are involved it makes it even harder to know what to do. Mr. Higdon was my words of wisdom throughout and guided me in the right direction. Thank you sir for everything!!!

Hired this Man to handle some legal issues and... HA what an awesome guy he was. Small town attorney with a punch. Great guy and Angie work great and are a great team. THIS GUY CARES, busy caseload he has sure! In these times I can understand why. He really helped me in my legal matters and now I am back home with family, sober, and part of helping others stay that way. And part of the solution. So, THANK YOU TO THIS ATTORNEY, and Angie. To have someone fight for you is something special. I wish more attorneys had his heart, Thank you David SO VERY MUCH!!!

Complete and total waste of time and money. My ex-wife hired Mr. Higdon to do the legal portion of our divorce. Everything was amicably worked out between us so we just needed the paperwork completed. I didn't even hire an attorney. After meeting with him, and providing him with everything he needed, he never provided a suitable settlement agreement for us to sign. He or his office staff repeatedly said it will be done in 3 days, or by Friday, or should be completed tomorrow. This went on for 3 weeks until we went elsewhere and got what we wanted in 3 days. Now 6 months later he has stopped answer calls, emails, and the office is rarely occupied. We have been unable to get our file or the retainer returned which was more than 3 times what it cost us at a much better attorney's office across the street. Consider yourself warned, just go somewhere else. Response to the response below: Mr. Higdon, excuses do not make up for you not doing your job. Keeping money you never earned is unethical. Return the retainer and file, and I will edit this review to reflect that action. Otherwise we may need to file a complaint with the KY Bar Association. We have plenty of documentation to prove what happened.

I think he uses his less important cases to get in with the prosecution on his more important cases didn't even show up sending someone else to stand in his place saying he was held up be better off got the same deal with a public defender

I believe Mr. Higdon is an astonishing lawyer to say the least. His dedication to assure you receive a peace of mind is unmatchable. He's simply amazing.
