After years of court appearances over standard time issues in Kentucky, it ended with a battle over which state my case should stay in since I now live in Indiana. She always knew the law in both states, fought hard battles and let me know what could happen - good and bad, so I never had false hopes. While she didn’t respond to every email I ever sent her, let’s be honest, some of it was just me venting and I’m kind of glad I didn’t pay for a response. I hope I am done family court issues but I have warned my husband that I get Marcy in the divorce if any goes south lol. There is no one else I’d rather be at my table. She was professional, cost efficient and she’s going to fight for you when necessary!

I had Marcy groves a year or so back , i was in a custody dispute with the lady I had a child with , which came here from North Carolina. this woman and her attorney stood up in front of the judge and told some of the worst lies u can tell about a man and made me feel absolutely miserable in front of an entire court room! “For the record “ I was pursuing custody , not vice versa” and yes all my support stays up to date down to the penny”! Marcy wouldn’t stand up and say a word for me , I had to stand up and defend myself!! The woman I had the child with fled back to North Carolina and absolutely nothing got done in my case. I paid this attorney some money up front and of course after making zero ground in the case, the only going away present I got was another bill from there office , which I paid in full! I’m writing this post so others that are desperate like I was just wanting to spend time with my child , don’t make the same mistake I did!

Mr Groves recently represented my son in a criminal case He is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him. He is very sharp and above the rest in so many ways. Mr. Groves was able to work magic and get 6 charges completely dropped for me. I still cant believe it my licence wasny even suspended.
