On more than one occasion, I have received excellent representation from Holland Law Firm. I have always found Jason to be diligent, articulate, and respected by his peers. He will work to resolve your legal needs in a timely manner. He and his staff are readily available and they keep in close communication throughout. I’ve referred him to many others over the years (family, civil, and criminal cases).

Jason Holland, First off, let me state that I have been on both sides of the bench with Mr. Holland. He was the attorney for another individual that I had a court case with and now he's been my attorney for a separate matter. I must say, I have never been more pleased to be sitting on the same bench rather than the opposite. My first go around, I was not in the best place in my life and even though he was my defendants lawyer, Jason Holland never once put me down as a person. He did he’s job to do what was best at the time given the situation. Now, moving forward to obtaining him for another seperate court matter, he opened his door wide opened for me. He took on my case, with no judgement only understanding. To work with a person whom is so professional and gets all the facts in line to be able to present a good case before the judge has been blessing. To have a lawyer not brush off any questions I have had or any concerns I have had has been amazing. A lawyer who will go out of his way to work with you and take his work home with him (as far as calls or texts before a court hearing) is something you rarely see now a days. Jason Holland is the absolute best in town and I can speak that from my heart! I can’t rate my experience with him as a number because the number is off the charts. I could only give a review based off my personal experience(s) with him.

Incompetent and dispassionate

Jason Holland is not only an incredibly knowledgeable, hard working attorney, but a generous contributor to our community. I turned to Jason when a friend needed legal help and accompanied my friend to the consultation. It was obvious Jason was well versed in the law and very thorough as he documented the events. He explained everything in clear terms and great detail, made everyone feel comfortable and allowed plenty of time to answer all questions. He shows empathy for his clients and takes great pride in fighting on their behalf. Not only do I praise Jason for his tireless efforts in the courtroom, but applaud him on his contributions to our community. When asked to sponsor a local team this season, he didn’t hesitate and in fact, donated 3 times the requested amount. If you need an attorney who cares and someone you can rely on to go the extra mile, I highly recommend hiring Jason Holland!

I personally witnessed the recorded call of this lawyers malpractices. His best tactics is manipulation, coercion, and intimidation against his OWN honest paying client. Pray that the KBA can investigate before this is done to anyone else.

I would give him negative stars if I could. The only thing he is good at is hollering, demanding and belittling people until they make the decision he wants them to make. Especially, if he has somewhere he’d rather be other than court, which is where he was paid to be. He will never meet with the client and then lie and tell them not to go to court when they in fact should have been there!!! One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made was hiring him!

I had a phone consult with Mr.Holland and he was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. He could’ve easily blown smoke and had me hire him just to take my money but instead gave me advice that will save money and be much simpler- thank you Jason Holland!!

Jason is truly the whole package! He treats you like family. You aren’t just a dollar sign to him. He is on top of his game and knows exactly what he is doing. He will get you the results you are looking for. Not only is Jason spectacular, but each person I encountered at his office is truly a breath of fresh air. They are all kind and patient.
