Jason helped me out tremendously. I had a traffic violation issue and he was able to work out a fantastic deal with the courts so i could just settle it. He is a very hard working and respectable man, I would 100% recommend him for any of your lawyer needs.

A little disappointed so far, to be honest. I keep getting timelines of when things will be done and so far those promises haven't been kept and I receive no communication when that occurs. Things just come to a screeching halt until I call and ask them directly what is going on. All in all, the experience has been pretty frustrating.

Jason Holland is a very respectable attorney. He is straightforward, compassionate, and holds your best interests at the forefront. The most respectable thing about Mr. Holland is he works for you and is not a fraudster out to just take your money. He will walk you through your case or legal actions against you and converse what the best options for you are and how to handle situations. Holland helped me and my husband with a gutter company several years ago who caused some damage. He also helped us in the last month with a probate issue with my father-in-law. He was very kind, attentive, and very supportive. He was very knowledgeable about both issues we were having and helped us resolve everything in a very timely manner. My ex husband hired this office to assist with our divorce paperwork. Thankfully we already agreed on everything and just needed help filing. This law office was beyond incompetent. They repeatedly tried to write items as nonmarital when we had acquired them together married. They allowed him to forge my signature on a document. Their contact information was incorrect on all of the documents - even their own zip code. I showed up to the post office with the documents and the address I copied from their own papers was rejected as incorrect, so I had to Google their correct address. It was ridiculous how many times I had to send the papers back with the same corrections over and over because they refused to honestly portray the marital assets. I don't know if they were trying to pull one over on me because I didn't have a lawyer, but it was very frustrating to have to deal with.

We hired Jason for a DUI. He was very comprehensive on getting the details down and timeline of what transpired. He was effective at presenting the facts of the case and reviewing the prosecutions evidence. His summation to the jury was effective and it was a resounding " NOT GUILTY". HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
