Didn't lie to me. Was honest and straight up front with me

I chatted in on the website and then they called me and transferred me to a lawyer. I received his voicemail and left a vague voicemail. I thought he would at least respond and learn the details of my issue. I never received a callback and then days later I received a email stating they couldn’t assist with my matter. They never learned the details or reached out to learn them. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. I’ve never had a law office carry on like this. I’ve hired and dealt with multiple lawyers that have never acted in this way. Clearly, I’m dodging a bullet considering how they do business and pick and choose.
