I called a few attorneys as I've never had to have one before. I was told Mr. Cox was good. I explained my situation. We spoke several times & he took action fast! He was always thorough & made sure I was fully aware of what was going on. Kept in contact with me & was very patient. He got me the best outcome for me. I woukd definitely recommend him to anyone needing representation.

When I first met him, he took the time to explain everything to me. He walked me through all the processes and make sure I understood everything and gave me so much information that I actually felt knowledgeable about what was going on. He worked with me and kept me up to date on everything and followed through exactly as he said he would.

I consulted and retained Brent Cox after catching felony charges in another state. He took over at that point, becoming a buffer between me and a highly corrupt criminal investigator who would not stop harassing me, my friends and my employer. Brent put a stop to it all. Afterwards he procured a list of local attorneys from that state and helped me whittle it down to the best fit for my case. HE NEVER STOPPED assisting me and always made himself available (this can be a HUGE problem with other attorneys). He’s highly intelligent, very savvy...and he honestly cares about his clients. I dislike attorneys in general but not this guy. If I ever need a criminal attorney again, he’s the first one I’m going to call.

I needed an attorney to represent my daughter in a few legal matters and after speaking with 2 other people, decided to hire Brent because he was very knowledgeable and honest with me, not to mention reasonably priced. It took a few months before things were resolved but he was very responsive when I left a voicemail and/or texting...he also offered advice on matters he couldn’t handle. Very genuine person and we appreciate everything he did for us!!

I highly recommend Mr. Cox as an attorney. I had never had the need to use an attorney before so I made a list of about 6 attorneys that had high ratings on various internet review sites and started calling them. The matter was extremely urgent but it was on a weekend so I didn't expect to hear back from any of them until Monday. Mr. Cox actually called me before I had even been able to leave a message on the fourth attorney in the list (he was the second one I called.) He agreed to meet with me sooner than I had expected and was very accommodating from the first phone call and always thereafter. His fee was very reasonable in comparison with other attorneys and I feel he went above and beyond to help me in my legal matter. His legal knowledge and insight were extremely accurate, up-front, and helpful. He was always ready to answer any questions that may have arisen as the matter progressed and always promptly returned any phone calls or correspondence. He is very professional. I highly recommend Mr. Cox as an attorney and would use him again, without question, if the need ever arose.

I have hired Mr. Cox to represent a number of clients. I use him for complex litigation that requires a strong legal mind, aggressive motion practice and trial by jury. Brent Cox is an excellent attorney. He was a Public Defender for my son who was 19-years-old at the time, Yes a P.D. Public Defenders in most cases lack defending the client figure they get paid one way or the other its not their life seeking jail or prison time why bother so much about the case they have. He was given this case even though from his office to location of the court hearing was over an hour away. Brent wasnt given the case until day of pretrial. He had a lot of elements against this attorney throughout the my sons case. He keeps in contact with you through different methods and keeps in contact with you e-mail, text, face to face, phone call. When you ask a question he will get back with you usually the same day. He investigates your case without dropping the ball. Isn't afraid to rebutting the DA and keeping up with task during your case. My son was placed in jail for Murder within two weeks Brent had my son out of jail with an ankle moniter. He came home which was over an hour from Brent's office, which he would meet us if needed to at a location we agreed upon. The DA was brutal and was head strong without dropping charges nor turning over evidence in my sons case. Brent went over, beyond, and above to fight back. The charges was dropped to conspiracy of murder Brent wouldn't have that even without any evidence from the DA Brent continued to push with only evidence he had. My sons case went to Grand Jury they stated there wasn't enough evidence for conviction. DA wanted my son to receive some type of charge. Considering my son didnt report it to the authorities. Brent argued back and forth with the DA. I feel if my son wouldn't have accepted the plea charge he wouldnt have received 2nd degree contributing to a minor. He accepted the charge bc me being on disabilty I couldn't afford the ankle monitor much longer, and fear of getting behind on his child support. Even Brent stated he couldve beat the charge but out of fear my son accepted the last of the three plea bargains. Received 2 years probation, with prejudice, low defender status with his parole officer. Months after his indictment I e-mailed Brent with a question without hesitation he answered. I figured he forget who his client was considering he does have other clients. Brent to me saved my sons life and a mothers heart. I thank God every day that Brent was defending my son and not some slacking Public Defending given. If I could Thank him every day I would, but he is a busy man defending his clients.
