My lawyer was Heather Howell and I worked with Theresa shepherd-hall through the process as well. My case was very hard due to the other insurance being very tough to deal with but Heather never backed down and did a amazing job. She got me a very good settlement, she was always responsive when I needed her. Gary c Johnson’s office will fight for you no matter what and get you the best settlement possible. There fees are very reasonable and very very worth it. If you are looking a lawyer to help you I recommend Heather and her team they are all very sweet and definitely work on I get the best for there clients . In 2018, Wendell had a scan of his back. In this scan it showed a large mass in his left lung, however, we were not informed of this mass. In 2019, his family doctor contacted us to inform us of the situation . During that year it had developed into Stage 3 lung cancer. We contacted Gary C Johnson Law Firm to take our case. In 2022, the case was settled out of court in our favor. During this time frame, Nicole, Mike and Britney of the Lexington office was always there to answer any questions and keep us updated of our case, always friendly and very informative. Overall I was whole heartedly grateful that my sister recommended this law firm to me. From the start, Mr Biggerstaff and his team treated us with caring and understanding nature.
