5 years ago I put myself in a bad situation, that literally, my own mother didn’t believe me. The situation could have been significantly worse if things didn’t work as hoped. Dan Carmen, took the time to listen to my circumstances, understand the case, and advised my actions. I owe Dan Carmen for everything he did for me for taking my bad situation and making it better. I must say that Dan Carman is very intelligent and dedicated attorney and also a very nice person. From the beginning to the end of my case, he didn't let me feel that I am dealing with a lawyer, I felt that I am dealing with my best friend who is a best lawyer. On very first day, when I met him in his office and when I left his office, I felt that I was talking to my friend and was thinking that I have a Backup now !!! Dan Carmen is the worst lawyer in all of Kentucky, poor manners, lack of empathy and no presence in court, Dan was consistently late to court dates and was unable to negotiate anything with the prosecutor, his main concern was his collecting his check. I would advise everyone to steer clear of him, he epitomizes why people mistrust lawyers.
