CDL Only - In my case a traffic violation was rescheduled 3-4 times and ended up in my loss anyway. I am expecting an attorney to fight on my behalf not rescheduling that the officer might not show up. I wouldn’t recommend for CDLs.
Reply - I should have been informed regarding this fairly new policy. Unless it’s very new so you had to reschedule the case 4 times.
