This guy is awful. stay away if you don't want to get into a bigger problem he will take your money and doesn't do his job. He will go to court with knowing nothing about his clients. From personal experience stay away from this attorney.

By far the best lawyer in Lexington. Once he saw me he understood my case. I was facing a jail term he helped, bring it down to just a very cheap fine. Through out my case he made me feel calm about everything and I never felt left out. He also ensured that my case didn’t affect my immigration status and he worked me through the expungement process. Paid 2000$ for him to take care of cultivation charge and it was a misdemeanor and he couldn’t take care of it and still got 30 days in jail hanging over my head for 2 years. Very disappointed

The office was lovely. Very festive and smelled good. The staff was friendly. Dan carman was so helpful. He listened to my husbands situation and gave comforting advice.
