Needing an attorney at all is nerve-wracking. Dan had a calm confidence. He knew what he was doing. He gave honest, straightforward advice. He was very patient with my questions (which were many). He was knowledgeable not just about the law, but the inner-workings of the process and had a strong strategy. This guy is awful. stay away if you don't want to get into a bigger problem he will take your money and doesn't do his job. He will go to court with knowing nothing about his clients. From personal experience stay away from this attorney.

Paid 2000$ for him to take care of cultivation charge and it was a misdemeanor and he couldn’t take care of it and still got 30 days in jail hanging over my head for 2 years. Very disappointed
