He seem to be nice the first time we spoke with him. He knew he could keep my husband from being charge and going to court, but he wanted to wait till my husband was indicted. Many time I asked him to speak to the Commonwealth and he wouldn't. We began paying him for his service and the next thing you know he stopped communication with us. The next time I hear anything from him he was rude, and a bit insulting. To tell the truth I wouldn't even give him one star. He always saying he don't do this for personal gain and yet my family paid him for services we didn't received and yet he refuse to do the right thing and return our money. Seem like personal gain to me.

We attempted to use Oakley and Oakley to collect wage garnishment on a tenant we had to evict because they never paid rent. We provided Oakley and Oakley with information on the tenant's income. We were never told that there was a threshold that had to be met for garnishment and spent months and several hundred dollars on a wild goose chase thanks to these lawyers. When I called to tell them I thought they did not represent interests as they are legally compelled to due I got a lecture and a tone and words that said I was stupid and should have known better. Unprincipled and unscrupulous and behaving like the worst attorney stereotypes. Stay away.

I went to this office since 2019 I was with Mr. Kirby he help me a lot with my case and his secretary she great women ,Mr Kirby thank you so much for you and your staff.

Absolutely no attention to detail. Does not seem to be very adept with Kentucky family law. Not professional. Demanded full payment with the case not even being completed. Then asked if significant others would pay the remaining balance. We have never dealt with any professional that was so unprofessional. Would absolutely, without hesitation, not recommend him, especially for any type of divorce proceedings.

I had something from my past come back to haunt me. We were referred to Jay by a good friend. He is very easy to get into contact with and doesn’t judge you. His office staff helped my gf get through all the “red tape” and calmed her down quiet a bit during this difficult time in our life. Jay was very organized and got us through the court without any complications. He told me in the beginning that he would get me the best outcome. He followed through with everything.
