Tucker Richardson is an amazing attorney who took my class D theft felony and got me into diversion to eventually get it off my record. This is, from what I understand through research, very difficult to do considering most diversion is given to drug and other non violent crimes. Theft is usually difficult to get done. Tucker and company are fantastic and will do all in their power to getyou the best results.
