A friend of mine referred me to Rachel Yavelak when I went through my divorce. She went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for with that case. Then, unfortunately, I needed her expertise in another case that was thrown on me. In both cases, she was professional, caring, supportive, and more helpful to me than I could ever imagine. She (and Amanda) made everything so much more personal and made sure my kids and I were safe and taken care of. They called, texted, and answered all my questions, as well as gave me their advice on how to handle certain issues. I am honored to now call them both friends. If you’re looking for someone that has your back, will give it to you straight, fight for what’s right, and make sure you’re taken care of, call Rachel. She is a GENIUS!!!!!

Sorry for my lengthy review, and please bare with me, but it is relevant to the character and skill level of Russ Baldani. It has been about 9 years since Russ Baldani represented me. At the time, I was romantically involved with a guy that had a pretty shady character, to say the least. I got pulled into a court case with him that went Federal. Federal Court, as well as the charges they can place upon you, are very different from the state. I was charged with Conspiracy on a large case just for dating the guy (common situation in federal, they use people as bargaining chips). I was in jail, in a county where I knew no one, hours away from my family, with no attorney, and no money to get one. I was actively preparing myself to accept my fate. Until one day, when I was told my attorney was there to see me. Confused, I went down to the interview area and there sat Russ. We had never met, and I had no idea who he was. He greeted me and told me that a friend of his told him that "there was a girl caught up in a federal case with a guy that was going to drag her all the way down with him and she's gonna need some help." Based on that conversation, he picked me up as a client and represented me entirely for free! I was originally looking at anywhere from 7 to 9 years, but Russ Baldani was my guardian angel. When I went to sentencing after being incarcerated for an entire year, the judge gave me a 2 year sentence, with credit for time served, which meant I only had one more year to serve! To some, that may seem like terrible news, but considering I went in there anticipating a much higher sentence, I was beyond astonished and grateful. Russ came completely out of no where, entirely by surprise. He is one of the good guys that really cares about his clients. I highly recommend him, both for his compassion and his skill in navigating the courtroom, at both the state and federal level. He knows a lot of people within the judicial system, and he will absolutely do what he can to get you the best outcome possible!

If it hadn't been for Abe and the Baldani law group I wouldn't have had the outcome of my case that I had. I would have been overlooked and pushed around in the system but with Abe representing me I had full confidence that everything would work out. Abe took the time to explain everything that was going on and the possible outcomes of the situation . Tucker Richardson the moment I saw you in the court room I knew I hired the right attorney. Tucker is a man of his word an he did exactly what he said he would even though it didn’t work out the first couple of times he didn’t stop working till we got what we wanted.
