Let me start by saying I have never been in any legal trouble. I had no idea who to pick to represent me. Nor did I know anyone who could recommend someone based on their own experience. I did some research and prayed I made the right decision. Tucker did an amazing job. You don’t get to see how great he is until you see him in action, in court. I was charged with a DUI, which was completely bogus, but the police can make you sound like a terrible person in the report they file. I couldn’t have something like this on my record. Not to mention I was being falsely accused. It was obvious he knew what he was doing during the process leading up to the trial, but once we went to trial his experience, knowledge and comfortably in court made it very clear I had picked the right attorney. It’s an extremely scary process knowing your reputation is on the line and causes a lot of anxiety not knowing if you have picked the right attorney to best represent you. But, thank god I did. He literally ran the courtroom. Everyone was taking Qs from him. And, you could tell he really enjoyed being in court. He was playing to win. His assistant Carrington was amazing too. She put together so much of the evidence and worked up until the very last moment to make sure it was perfect for presentation in court. And, she was nice enough to clue me into important moments during the trial, especially when they were in my favor. I got the the result I ultimately needed. Very pleased with everything.
