Charles Landon was the attorney that represented me with my DUI case. I could not ask for any better representation. If I ever have another legal issue, I will never willingly have any attorney except Charles Landon. He is a genuinely kind, decent and honest person.His firm is the best I have ever dealt with!!! They are compassionate, concerned and seem to genuinely care about their clients as a person and not as just another number in the caseload. I came into meeting Charles when I was fighting a case in family court and facing criminal charges in another county related to the same case. I consider the day I met this man a blessing. I was facing 6 years and losing my child. Not only did he go to work fighting for me, but also was very respectful and considerate of my family court case. He consistently and willingly worked with CPS to make sure that my plea deal wasn't going to affect me getting my daughter back. He was kindly taking my near constant calls and answering my texts as quickly as he could. If he couldn't answer me immediately, he would always get back as quickly as he could. Long story short. My family court issues were resolved recently. While Charles wasn't handling that case, I still believe his actions were very directly a huge part of the reason that worked out. He got my criminal charges resolved and I went from facing six years on a class B felony to 3 tears of probation on a class D felony. Mr. Landon was appointed as my public defender, but if (truly hope I don't) i ever needed a lawyer I would go to him and hire him for anything I was dealing with. I have genuinely come to consider him as a dear friend as well as an EXCELLENT attorney. I will also recommend him to anyone I know who needs an attorney.
