Ryan Robey and his associates were able to assist me with my first ever DUI. He got the charges dropped to a lower charge. Ryan stayed on my case and even worked pro bono for me when I lost my job. He was very kind and understanding of the situation and also filled me in on some Ky laws regarding my case, so that I was fully aware of the situation and how things may or may not turned out, not leaving me in the dark.I would use his services again and I would also recommend him to others. I chose to go with this firm bc of all the great reviews i read about them here on google and i must say im very pleased i did. Not only did they save me alot of trouble but they also gave me a huge piece of mind through the justice system when things looked to be the worst. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE AND OUTCOME. Ryan would take days to respond a simple text message. He left out of country on vacation to Barcelona on my first court appearance and didn’t even make me aware until his partner showed up late and was like btw I’m representing you today and I had never even met this person. My husband also hired him and he kept telling him he was gonna have to take a plea and it wasn’t until my husband stood up for himself and threatened to get a new lawyer that would fight for him. Then Ryan came back within a couple days and got him a better deal. At that point it was too late for me I accepted a plea deal that has ruined my work career and volunteering for school. It was my first offense no prior record and they didn’t even arrest me or have my BAC and he still couldn’t get me out. I’m calling other lawyers today to get a second opinion just bc I feel I could’ve had a better outcome.
