They said they could help with my eviction problem but never called back

Still working on my case just praying everything goes well

I have tried to speak to a person, anybody everyday for the the last 3 weeks. Even at the time they say to call , that they open for business they say if you are calling for yourself or someone aged 60 older press 6 . When you press it , sometimes it says maximum hold time is , 1 hr. Then it will say you are the first caller your call will be answered in approximately 3 minutes, & it keeps changing from there . Up & up, untill it says there is no one in intake to receive your call. Please try your again later, &;it says goodbye. This happens every time that you call, regardless of what time a day you call. It's Complete Garbage!!!!

These people did not help me like I thought they would. They dont keep you informed and didn't even call me back to know if I got the help I needed from them. I took care of the situation myself.

This place is awful. After you wait for a hour on hold they tell that can't help you because your lawyer is busy at the moment.
