I actually believed in your slogan, For the People. But that was not my experience. After filling out the online box asking about case which I gave in detail, and giving all my info. I received a call this morning from an employee. He tells me read everything and was sorry for my ordeal says he is going to switch me over to someone who can help. When Im connected she ask for my info again, then ask me to tell her about my case I start and not even 2 min in she interrupts and says Im so sorry for your ordeal can you tell me what the company did to you? I start telling her she stops me not even minute in, and ask what state and how much money my things were worth and if the company has insurance I tell her a price and that I don't know about insurance. I told her Im sure they do they’re a big company. She then says Im sorry Morgan and Morgan wont be able to help you but I can send you a link for lawyers in Kentucky that may be able to help. Before shes done speaking! I get a text for Lawyers in Kentucky! I felt totally dismissed and very stupid for even calling Ive never sued some or used a lawyer before. It has made me feel as though I don't have a case and maybe shouldn't even peruse this. My husband says to try again that they probably only want cases for huge amounts of money. Thats very sad if it’s true. Im sorry to leave this review but I was just shocked at the treatment. Have a good Day.
