Hi everybody, I am writing this review to let you know that if you need a good attorney to help you with your legal trouble Suhre & Associates are simply the best. I for one have always been a little nervous and apprehensive upon entering an attorney's office for the first time. You never know what to expect and you certainly don't want to feel like you're being judged. You want to feel like you can totally trust the attorney and staff you're dealing with so you can feel comfortable sharing the facts of your case. Upon entering this office I felt that the secretary Cassandra was so pleasant to talk to I immediately felt at ease. I was also fortunate enough to get Derrick Harris for my attorney. I tell you between Derrick and Casandra I felt a level of trust I have never felt in any attorneys office in my 62 years. Derrick Harris has a winning personality that lets you know he really cares and is committed to getting you the best possible outcome for your case. This is one law office that you'll be confident upon leaving that you now have a great team to stand up for you. So, I heard your ad on the radio and I immediately thought about my experience and was angered beyond belief for a moment. I am a person with a rather long fuse and well it finally got there. I decided I would review some other experiences left by other people and I noticed a disturbing trend, people that didn't leave a review saying "Called and they answered the phone" were leaving negative reviews. Of course, I realize that not every person that had a fantastic experience will review. However, what got me was the amount of negative reviews that reflected my exact experience with Morgan & Morgan. A little bit about my situation: My wife has a disability and after talking with some of her friends in a support group for her disability they told her to reach out to Morgan & Morgan, so we did. Immediately they started getting paper work together and everything was going great. However, the problems began to slowly creep in, suddenly she was transferred to another attorney who would be handling the case (never a good sign). Then another attorney, keep in mind this has been on going for about 6 months at this point. After another 6 months with this new attorney who called and walked my wife through what to expect at the trial, 1 month before trial date, she thought everything was going ok and our confidence in Morgan & Morgan went back up. However, come day of the trial, our attorney was not prepared for the case at all. He did not have the proper paperwork and asked for a continuance. We can't contact this attorney and have left a message to be called back. This is not great, not even satisfactory and when I looked up reasons why you should fire a lawyer there weren't many and 1 of them was not being prepared for court. I talked with some lawyer friends of mine and they said they were sorry and that no one should have to go through this experience. In summary, I am disappointed in Morgan & Morgan, if you can't or don't think you will win just say that instead of stringing people along. If you put half the effort in analyzing reviews with being honest, it would make things 100% better at your company.
