The only thing the evaluator was interested in was my husbands age and was he paralyzed. At that point she was done. There was no interest in the mistake during the surgery and my husband being released from the hospital to find out 3 days later that he had a bleed from an external artery, which occurred during surgery and caused him to lose the use of his right leg. She wasn’t the least bit interested that he just returned home having spent 39 days in the hospital. She wasn’t the least bit interested in how this has impacted my life and the possibility of being terminated from my job……extremely disappointed!

Terrible communication skills their great until actually retain them and then you lose all their attention they don’t care about you at all I’ve been left in the dark about my case for months now no response

My case manager has followed everything with perfect attention to the details. It is Vital to have someone in your corner. Thank you to Kelly & Brian for time spent on my behalf.

Kelly is very helpful and keeps me updated on everything i need to know. she is very polite and professional!
