When I say that he is an amazing lawyer and man I mean just that! He has an understanding that every case is different and he works diligently for the best possible outcome for his clients. With that being said I thank him for getting my case dismissed and will forever more refer him to ANYONE needing legal counsel!

I was charged with Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree. I was facing 5 years in prison. I originally had two different attorneys, and my offer was 1 year in prison. After hiring Mr. Whitley my offer was reduced to immediately, however he was firm that I should go to trial. Two days before trial, the prosecutors offered me 1 day on a misdemeanor. He was ready for trial, but I was nervous and accepted the one day. I went from facing 5 years in prison to being offered 1 day. This man is a beast in the courtroom.

I was told by an associate thst Mr. Whitley was a great attorney. I recently moved up from down south and have been having some issues with my place of business. I reached out to the lawyer directly through social media. I was told to call his office. I spoke to a woman and she stated she would get back with me. 3 days pass by, no call. I call the office back, she takes a message to have someone call me back. 3 more days, nothing. I called back a third time, the woman took zero info ok who i was, and stated to me that Mr. Whitley is "busy" and he doesnt practice outside of criminal defense. She or he could of told me that after i already explained what my issues were. I reached back to Mr. Whitley directly again through social media messenger to explain how i was treated, he give me a slick, smart a@$ remark. This is was Lexington is all bout i see... Sad that a lawyer responds like that. I have a screenshot of the conversation. This lawyer and his staff are an embarassment. Stay away

I retained Mr. Whitley back in January. He has went above and beyond with my matter. He even went the extra mile to consistently check on me and uplift me during trying times. Hire him, he will fight for you!

I paid for this lawyer half upfront and he told me he wasn't worried about how fast i paid the remaining balance. I also told him I was on probation in another county when I hired him and asked if I was violated what will happen. He told me if that county violated me he would take care of it and when that time came he told me he didn't practice in that county after taking money from me.. he would never answer the phone nor answer text messages from me, which lead me to hire another one.. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!!
