Absolutely useless "service." I had a few basic questions regarding how to go about filing custody of a child and what I would need to have on hand. After many, many attempts to reach them and leaving messages, they finally called back after 2 weeks only to tell me to seek out a private family law attorney.

They are awesome. They do not initiate custody or visitation cases, they do no criminal cases, and they do not represent the Respondent in an EPO, but other than that.......they might be able to assist you.
