One of the special fields that they have is employment law as well as accident cases slips and falls etc. I talked to this law firm today (2/10/23) about an employment issue that I have. They took all my information and after me spilling my guts and explaining about everything that had happened. I was told I had a case but they could not take the case with no reason as to why. After seeing the website cases and the amount of money that they have won clients I am wondering if my case wasn't of value to them or enough money for them seeing they get billions of dollars for cases and class action lawsuits. They advertise that they are for the people but in my view they are all about the money that goes into their pockets. I have a good case that had wrongful termination, misclassification of an employee vs independent contractor, wage and hour violation, Overtime violation but Unknown reason as to why they wouldn't take the case. My only assumption is it isn't enough money for them and they don't want the small cases. They are a worthless law firm in my eyes and don't care about the people but the almighty dollar instead. As far as I'm concerned if your case don't flash dollar signs in front of their eyes it's not a case they want. What other reason could it be? No reason as to why they didn't want the case so what could it possibly be other then money!!

I have not been contacted by my case manager or attorney to be updated about my case. The last contact that had been made with me was almost 3 months ago. I have reached out to my attorney for an update on my case and have yet to receive anything. If I were to get any feedback I would be more than happy to change my rating. Update. I have been contacted and they have talked to me about the progress that has been since made.
